Animation Project
A group of years 5 and 6 children had the opportunity to work with a professional animator to produce a short animation based on the story of Krakus and the Dragon. See it here

Rainbows – 21st Birthday
Rainbows are the youngest members of Girl Guiding and are aged between 5 and 7. This year they are celebrating their 21st birthday and we are supporting these celebrations by allowing members of Rainbow groups to wear their Rainbow uniform to school on Wednesday 7th May 2008.

Charter Mark Accreditation Well done to our Charter Mark Team on our re-accreditation as a Charter Mark holder - the only Croydon school to hold this prestigious award. The Assessors report awarded the school 5 Best Practice recognitions.
We celebrated our success in gaining National Healthy School Status at Croydon Town Hall. More ...
Environmental Award
Well done to the children and staff on gaining a Distinction in the London Environmental Awards. Environmental issues continue to be given a high profile at St James the Great that has seen us achieve two Distinctions and one Highly commended in recent years.
